3Deposits & Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Gbajee4 does not charge any additional fees on transactions; however, charges from your payment provider may apply.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold for suspicious transactions until verification is complete.

4Bonuses & Promotions

5Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the cash-out feature is available.
• Gbajee4 reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Live betting may be subject to delays — gbajee4 reserves the right to accept or void any bets placed during this time.
• Maximum bet limits may vary by market.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbajee4 platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.

• Creating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Using multiple identities to take advantage of the bonus system.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of cheating.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Attempting to access the system through hacking, viruses, or malicious software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Gbajee4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and for any reason. Under normal circumstances, users will be notified in advance.

• Accounts may be closed without notice for any breach of the Terms & Conditions.
• You may also request to close your account at any time.
• Any valid balance remaining after account closure is generally refunded, except in cases where the terms have been violated.
• An inactivity fee may apply to accounts that have been dormant for an extended period.

8Responsible Limits

Gbajee4 strives to deliver the highest quality of service. However, gbajee4 is not liable for any service disruptions caused by technical issues, server downtime, or third-party failures.

• Gbajee4 is not liable for any bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Gbajee4 is not liable for any issues arising from third-party payment services.
• Gbajee4 is not responsible for issues arising from a user's own device or network.

9Responsible Gaming

Gbajee4 believes entertainment is only healthy when it is kept in check. We encourage our members to game responsibly and provide a range of tools to help them do so.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you deposit.
• Betting Limits: Set a cap on how much you can wager at a time.
